Language
Recount writing. Rough draft is due on Monday. Use the graphic organizer in your Language notebook to help you. We will conference next week and then you can begin your good copies.
Hep B and Meningitis Forms - there are still many students who have not yet returned these forms. The public health nurse will be in early next week to collect all forms. Forms are due immediately. Thank you to those who have already returned them.
First Day Packages have all been returned and are now filed in the office. Thank you!

CASI language assessment on Monday.
History - looking at French explorers.
Science - continuing with the Particle Theory. (Assessment coming up.)
Math - continue finding patterns with variables; exploring patterns using charts and grids. (Assessment coming up.)
Writing - Recount writing - rough draft is due on Monday.
Reading - looking at comprehension strategies with history and science texts.
Health - we will be starting a Healthy Living Journal.
